Ingredients:
3 sugared peach slices
2 sugared strawberries
a dash Sherry
150ml the beachhouse Sauvignon Blanc
Method:
Fruit pieces are sugared as follows, slice
peaches and strawberries, cover in vanilla
sugar and soak in Sherry for 6 hours. In a
tall pilsner glass place crushed ice and fruit
alternately. Pour over a dash of Sherry and
fill with the beachhouse Sauvignon Blanc.
