The beachhouse goose

Ingredients:

2 pieces of fresh pineapple
½ shot of Cointreau
½ shot vodka
1 shot pineapple juice
3 shots the beachhouse Sauvignon Blanc
Marachino cherries

Method:
Pour the Cointreau, vodka, the beachhouse Sauvignon
Blanc and pineapple juice into a Martini shaker and shake.
Strain into a chilled Martini glass. Garnish with pineapple
pieces and cherries on a cocktail pick and serve.
