Vineyard: The vineyards are located in the west part of veneto, in the hills surrounding verona and vicenza wine regions. The vines are on average between 5 and 10 years old and trained with the guyot system.
Wine Making: Gentle handling with soft pressing and must fermentation under controlled temperatures to preserve fruit aromas and flavours.
